LedgeShade Supply ships to addresses within the United States and Canada 🇺🇸🇨🇦. All orders are processed and fulfilled on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays 📅). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day ⏳.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination address, package weight, and dimensions ⚖️📐. Available shipping methods and their associated costs will be displayed prior to order confirmation 💳.

LedgeShade Supply is not responsible for delays caused by carrier operations, weather conditions 🌧️, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control ⛔. Once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number has been issued, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the designated carrier 🚚.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete ✍️. LedgeShade Supply shall not be liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information submitted by the customer ❌.

For shipments to Canada, the recipient may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the Canadian government 🏛️. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping fees collected by LedgeShade Supply 💵.

If a shipment is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipment costs incurred ↩️.
